What is LIFE FLeX 4 PTSD?

LIFE FLeX 4 PTSD is a 7 module biopsychosocially-based web & mobile intervention program for post traumatic stress symptoms.



What does it focus on?

The major focus of the LIFE FLeX 4 PTSD program is teaching people how to respond more adaptively and flexibly to every day life – biologically, emotionally, cognitively (thinking) and behaviourally. LIFE FLeX 4 PTSD also focuses on increasing positive emotions & incorporates the concept of brain plasticity.



Evidence-based?

Yes. LIFE FLeX 4 PTSD is based on gold-standard psychological treatment theory and intervention techniques (e.g., cognitive behaviour) & has been evaluated.



Other Features?

We have also included a ‘mood and lifestyle events self-monitoring system’ that can help you to better ‘see’ your progress as you are working through the program. You can connect a fitbit wearable device to the self-monitoring system or request that we add your healthcare practitioner to your program account.
